Click GUI for Quakecraft hack

Hey I am done with a Quakecraft hack that I have been working on and the only thing that I want to add to it is a click gui. I have only made 2 hacked clients before and they did not have click guis. I have tried following tutorials for older versions of minecraft, but run into many errors that I can not fix. If anyone could find a good tutorial for 1.8 on how to make a click gui that would be great. thx. Ayy lmao
