It's a toggle key ; you hold the key for it to be on and release the key to have it off.

You can bind keys as you want yourself.
But if you want to know what toggle key is that toggle key is a key which turns on a specific hack (which you binded on that key) on for the time when you are holding the key pressed.

Have you tried running it as administrator? Did you disable your AntiVirus or add the hack to its exceptions? What's the OS you are trying to opening it in?

Did it refund to you? I have never seen that kind of account flagging for fraudulent activity... I'm sorry but I can't help with that. Why would they even do that? Locking the Steam account if you were only trying to use CSGO hacks. Maybe you have tried to scam anyone or something like that in the past?

But if you got a refund it's just awesome! Now it's the sale time and you can just create a new profile and buy it again!

I didnt get vac ban on my steam profile on anything, one of my friends brought me cs go, maybe he refunded this game? Idk, what does that message even mean? What did i do? I didnt use any hacks ingame, just injected one. I just got this account, yesterday.
