Passing VAC Bans and Changing youre steam id temporarily

Ive Been Banned from to many servers from being careless using internal cheats because all the external hacks suck and just don't really work. I was looking at older posts when you can temporarily change youre steam id with Cheat Engine I was wondering if thats still possible say if i have Gmod open and search for my steam id and can i find the address change it lock it and keep it like that till I shutdown Gmod or Steam...Or Cheat Engine i fell like this could be possible if i cant put steam in offline mode and try to find away to get my steam id address and set it to a random number and alow my self to play on the servers i am banned from. I dont have much coding skills i know binary and hexidecimals but thats kinda useless...Much appreciated if you can help or give me you're opinion on the subject.
