Is this build 100% compatible and what do you think of it?

So i decided to build a PC (First time) and throw my 2009 PC, I used PCPP for the build and it says there's no compatibility issues but since its a site i can't rely on it and ask the people here (Since most of the people here have a PC built for gaming).

You are giving money for good CPU and GPU and not using water cooling ? (yes it is optional but ...)

1 question - What resolution you are planning to play on?

Doesn't look bad.
The only thing I can say is that a 4790k cpu on a LG1150 motherboard would be a better bang for your buck.
Skylake gives only around a 5% increase

Go with the haswell refresh and use the money you saved to buy a 1920x1080 144hz monitor.

You make pretty big investment for so low res, but it will be great if you combine with what @theturd proposed

I agree with them, if you want full best performance you gotta get 1080p monitor. It's like the 2nd most important thing of getting better gaming experiences.

I decided to get Corsair H100i GTX, but i always wonder and searched and didn't get a clear answer.. so i have the liquid/water every once in a while?

The build is great, but as everyone else has asked, what are the monitor(s) you're planning on using?

Imho you shouldn't get a gtx 980 just because the 980 ti is a lot better and at 1080p a gtx 970/r9 390 is more than enough. You can overclock both to reach the gtx 980 and there is really no point in getting one at the moment :S

I decided to go with this Black/Red build, saves alot and i really never play on 1080p.
