    Teleport cooldown 116 need help

    I'm using notifier if i'm switching server i always get 116 cooldowns how to fix?

    It was part of an update to prevent notifiers from getting to the quests with ease.

    Motherboard - Asus Z170-P
    CPU- Intel Core i5 6500
    SSD - Samsung SM951
    Ram - 8 GB (2 x 4 DDR2)
    HDD - Random 500GB One
    GPU - Integrated i5 (Intel HD Graphics 530)
