Am i VAC'ed?

I get this error message each time i start a game of modern warfare 2 multiplayer,i used the rank hack to get to level 70 the day before when it worked perfectly, i also used a hack where when you a host you can change the match settings to infinite ammo etc the day before,when i play a private match which still works for me when hosted by me it says in the bottom left.
"Can not kick host", so i think its trying to kick me or something, please reply!

Don't go buy a new copy, fuck that game, go get one for free via my guide (How to get unbanned). More importantly go buy Battlefield Bad Company 2. Comes out March 2010.

that's impossible, my dad has used a lvl 70 pre 0, and haven't got banned since he bought the game.. you had to accidentally load some file hack etc.
