A: If you find a seller with a shop on MPGH with a lower price than mine, I'll beat it by 5%.

Q: Can you refund gift cards, pre-paid cards, PSN cards or steam wallet?
A: Most likely yes. I've done steam gift cards, PSN cards and pre-paid card refunds before with success. There isn't a limit on the amount, however, the safe limit would be around $50-$70

Q: Do I need to give your my G2A account e-mail and password?
A: No, you do NOT have to give me your G2A account e-mail and password. The only thing I require is your order number, the name of the game/product you bought and your product key (I ask that you redeem the key before you give it to me). If you want the refund process to be faster and more efficient, you can give me your login details.

Q: Do I get the game and a refund?
A: Yes, you get both a refund and the game you purchased.

Q: Can you do a refund that isn't a Steam game? Like Origin or Mojang
A: Yes, I may be able to do it. However, there are no guarantees. If I fail a refund that is not a Steam game, I will try again. If I fail again, I will refund you back the fee I charged. If the game IS a Steam game, and I fail the refund, then I will give you refund the fee I charged you.

Q: Can I buy multiple games in one purchase and get it all refunded?
A: No. You must only buy one game/product per account, no exceptions. You must also only have no G2A products refunded on the account you bought the product on.

Q: Can you refund pre-ordered games?
A: Yes and No. It depends on the game itself. Some pre-order games I can refund some I cannot. If you are unsure, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.

Q: What are the requirements
A: You must have not had any refunds done on that account or on the payment method you used in the past. You must have G2A shield active on that purchase. You must never rate any seller, transaction or keys (this includes rating it as good or bad, valid or invalid). You must checkout with G2A Pay. G2A Pay has multiple different payment types such as Credit Card, Bitcoin, G2A Wallet, PayPal, Skrill, Alipay, PaySafeCard, VTPay, SoFort, OneCard, Amex, JCB, Boa Compra.

Q: How do I checkout with G2A Pay?
A: When you decide to buy the game, click BUY NOW, instead of checkout with PayPal. Then a new page will load, click Go to Payment. Then another page will load, click G2A pay. The another page will load, select the payment method you want to use.

A: Yes, you do no have to use the key right away. However, it is highly recommended you do, because remember that you and the seller have seen the key, so the seller has the opportunity to use the key if he sees you got refunded for it, and the key still works.

Q: How long do I need to wait until I get the refund?
A: It takes me about 30 minutes to do the refund. The refund is instant and the money is transferred into your G2A wallet almost instantly. However, the funds aren't available to use until after 14 days from the refund.

Q: Can I put the refunded money back into my PayPal, Skrill, Webmoney or Bank Transfer?
A: Yes, once your funds are available, you can withdraw your G2A wallet money back into either your PayPal, Skrill, Webmoney or Bank Transfer. You can find the withdrawal link here.

Q: I bought a game a while ago, can I still get it refunded?
A: Yes.

Q: Can you refund steam gifts?
A: No, I do not offer that service.

Q: Can I get the PSD version?
A: If you're either a donor with at least 500 posts, have 100+ rep, staff/former staff member or a contributor I will give you the PSD for a defined price. If you a aren't, I may consider giving you the PSD for an additional 50% of your fee.

Q: Can we negotiate the price?
A: No. These prices are already extremely cheap.

Q: Can I make changes after changes after you've completed the order?
A: Yes you may. Asking for changes start at $0.50 but can vary depending on how big the change is.

Q: Do you make anything else other than thread designs.
A: Yes I can, just ask. It can be a logo, avatar pictures, GIF's etc. I've been creating graphics for over 5 years.

Q: What happens if I don't want a thread design after I placed an order.
A: I will stop doing work on it, and I reserve the right to re-sell it. Any payments already made will not be refunded.

Q: I want a GIF animated graphic, will it cost more?
A: Yes it will. It will depend on how complex the animation is.

Q: Why do I have to pay you half when you haven't even started my work?
A: This is to ensure that I'm not going to be wasting my time and a method of confirming your order. For example, if I work on your order for 1 hour and then you tell me you no longer want a thread design, I've wasted an hour of my time.
