1. Download the Savegame
2. Rename the file as your SteamID
3. Place the .save file there: C:\Users\<<<Username>>>\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData\DBE_Production\
4. Delete all other .save files and just leave the new file there
5. Done

The table is based off of the following estimate:
(500 XP + 1000 XP) / 5 Minutes
This is due to (at the time) the game awarding 500 XP for winning a match, combined with a "player performance" of 1000 XP (which is relatively "good"), divided by the length of a match*
Your times will greatly differ due to, but not limited to:
Steam tracking ALL in-game time, including time spent at the main menu.
Match Finding Time
Goal Replays
Please keep that in mind.
* Length of match is assumed to be five minutes, which excludes all warm-up, countdown, replay, and result time. No match will ever be under five minutes on official servers, unless you join after the match has already started.

Right click on Rocket League in your steam library, go to properties > updates and turn off synchronization Steam Cloud

Hey so I recently used a level 75 file, but even when turning off my steam cloud I'm unable to reset my level to 1, or even lower it to this save file's. Every time I launch it'll launch with whatever settings the save file has, or what car it has, etc, but won't reset my actual level to 61 or 1. Any tips?
EDIT; btw, the file works because it changes the volume and car, but it won't lower my level from 75, if that makes sense.

it works on steam if you place 2 files and rename them to what was there that is how i got it to work
