Could someone please explain the new dll. detection thing?

So everyone has been talking about how modding with dll injection is unsafe now. I was recently banned for using the last version of Jordan's and have been unbanned about a day ago so I don't plan on touching another mod menu until the coast is clear.

I've been hearing a lot about how "clonehookdll" can reduce the risk of being detected. I am pretty new to modding and have no clue what the hell is going on If someone could just explain how to apply all this asi., clonehook stuff to the game and what precautions I should take to reduce my chances of being banned it'd be greatly appreciated.

Clone hookv2.dll is the newest currently undetected way to load mod menus online. it uses an altered version of scripthookv , which was used with the original ABS trainer.

This can be used just the same, only instead of using .ASI formatted mod menus, it's .EV1.

and this way is less detected being it is less used, but now we must see how long that will be.

Wait is that clonehook a virus? Kaffa accounts are associated with viruses right?
