Bypassing Rank 3 In MatchMaking?

I am pretty sure there is no way to do this as the rank is stored server side. You can spoof it like i used to in my internal public cheat. But that wouldnt actually change it so valve would still know you weren't a different rank.

What would it be then though? Since he hasn't the coin.
I also think the ranks are server-sided so, he might have found a bug for matchmaking without it detecting his rank.

Well he obviously didn't modify anything server-side because then he would be hacking valve.

I've had one guy level 2 and half playing comps. Can't remember if he had medal or not doe.

Simply put, you cannot modify a server value from valve. You just can't do it.

EDIT: If you watch the video, the player ends up getting untrusted. Regardless, whatever this person is doing is detected and it cant be done because valve is checking for it.
