Listen bro, this is how you get scammed. I would rather the trade not happen then trust a MM (A person who I don't really know in real life) or the seller/buyer (whoever you are at the time) then do the trade. If the seller/buyer wants to go first then trade happens, if not trade doesn't happen. ALSO don't give me the bullshit that MM are to be "trusted" I don't care what MPGH staff says, you can't really know a person until you meet them, and even then you can get backstabber. Plenty of forums (INCLUDING MPGH) have MM that use there position to scam people. Does it happen often? No. Does it happen? Yes. So I rather not take the risk. So I am immune to the "MM" thing. Don't get me wrong I get what they do, and it's great and all but I just don't personally trust it.
tl;dr: don't care about mm, i don't trust them, and fuck the seller/buyer if he doesn't want to go first then no trade.
P.S: I DON'T TRUST MM AS A BUSINESS, NOT THE PERSON THEMSELVES.

Hmm, fee $5 or $10?
I think fee should be based on how big the trade itself is, sure I can pay up to $5 dollars for a middleman service, but HELLO why waste 5 bucks on a service when trade is less than the price you have given? Sure this maybe your opinion but you gotta be smart and think about it a little bit more rather than making this thread.
Being a middleman is stressful no matter what.
And I'm not really sure Dave does all that stuff, there were official MM who made a application thread and see who would apply and if I'm not wrong, person with more thanks and more time can be chosen and then the applicant who won is given either Dave, Liz or Arun because they all can modify stuff when it comes to users.
All opinions are my own.

I don't get why you are insulting this guy, he's just putting his opinion forward. Anyone can be scammed by the way. It happens.

Btw fee system is beneficial to middlemen but, stupid for the people trading. Paid middlemen is why I hate sites like *******.

Bottom line is they are not needed.

If anything, the OMM services will probably get implemented again along with a payment system (and a few other things) for it.

knew you'd say this, by this you mean:
"my opinion" is the biggest gateway for "you can't argue because my opinion is my opinion"
Thanks @Takatsuki 8]]
Saying that is true edge.
What about a MM Pass or something like you pay 30-50$ a Year, Which means if a user buys that pass he have 365Days acces to the MM Service
like that the Middlemans gets a little money which would also give a reason to keep working on it
also if people dont want a Year pass u could also do like 5$ a Trade so its more likely they gonna buy the year pass (marketing ^^ )
Is this or is this not the point I was exactly making about you being an edgelord.
QUITE literally my point buddy of how you're "expressing" yourself.
Go back to fucking Tumblr.
So many lurkers out here now that are suddenly finding an interest in posting and have no post quality other than edge.

There should be no paid middlemen services unless everyone is allowed to unofficially middleman for a fee, otherwise you're running a monopoly for a service.
without MM.. problems of trading are really high..

Im trading like 2-3 years on internet and i think i have never been scammed , never used any MM , i think MM are useless for experienced users also they should be paid with fees.
