Ava help scroll/firebutton

I'm new here and downloaded a prog which tells me to change ava left click to mouse wheel but game don't seem to allow it.how change fire button to mouse wheel cant do it

i can logo in to game BUT QuickSwitch stop Working
Arrow Don't work Was working good Befor SERVER UPDAT is just me or all u guys ...?
