Contacted gmail support and since apparently they can only use payment info to confirm identity, (Even though GMAIL is a free service, where I made no purchases), I am locked out
75.134.222.13 is his ip, Got it when he tried stealing my steam.

Might get some extra sources involved because he's not using a VPN, his email is jac*****@gmail.com, All I got.
Any tips on what to do? Virus scans report no malichious items, Might just be someone who used my common password. Updating them all now however

gmail has 2 step verification. next time use that.

if you're sketched out about a keylogger/rat then reformat.
