I think you either need a higher post count or be an upgraded member.
I don't remember how I got it

- To change your default text size, font and colour go to 'Settings' -> 'General Settings' -> at the bottom of the page.

- Have you tried uploading it to an image sharing site (Imgur) and using that link when trying to change?

- To my knowledge you cannot do this, but I could be wrong.
