Changing country on steam

Hi I recently purchased a steam account from someone on mpgh and found out it's country is Norway, and when i tried to change it to US it says this

You'll need to login to the Steam Client in this country to be eligible to change countries.

Your last Steam Client login country was: Israel

You will not be able to change your country until you login into Steam from this new country.

Please someone help, and if i cant change it would the country affect anything when im betting skins or anything thanks

try to do it with an norweigan/israel vpn or let someone u trust that lives in norway do it, and do not just give ur acc to some random guy from norway, they cant even park their cars

use client(not browser) to login from US then you shoud be able to change it normally

I am permanently in the US and I signed in to both client and browser

Try to use a norweigan VPN.

Try SoftEther (VPN client) with Norwegian VPN

Only option is really to use a VPN use one of the free ones if you dont want to pay.
