I am downloading it as I am writing, I'll try and get back to you on it.
as far as I can see with the forum etc, it appears to be legit. people constantly complaining about getting banned and errors they're getting and admin is answering so yeah server seems pretty legit.

There isn't actually an NA server for FCF just yet, and they don't seem that interested in making one based on their playerbase they do not have many NA Players as of yet. - however I'm sure the more requests they get the more inclined they would be to open an NA Server.
