Ring up Paypal and explain the situation. The seller should have to incur the costs to ship in back to themselves.
Purchased a tablet knowing it wasnt dual boot and planned on this. Seller want me to return tablet at my cost for refund (knew this would be the case) however I refusing due to their misleading description of tablet being dual boot but actually just windows 10. Will it be easy to do paypal claim for product not as described and refuse postage unless company pays upfront?
