Hacking Offline/Alone (Help)

I have a question that has been bothering me for weeks now, but If you hack Offline or by yourself do you still get a V.A.C Ban? (Example) Playing Zombies on Shadows Of Evil in Solo and i open a mod menu for the game and play alone using it do i get V.A.C Banned? (Another Example) Playing Custom Games using a mod menu will i get V.A.C Banned?

Please Help Me With This Question It May Bother Me For Weeks!

Using hacks offline (Without a internet connection and offline steam should not get you banned.)

There is now a option at the main menu to go 'Offline' If you click that; you'll be able to play Zombies Solo, without any hesitation for being VAC'ed.

I would suggest disabling your internet connection, going offline in steam, and select offline mode in the main menu of Bo3.
