Methods to Crash a Server?

I know that there is an official dupe discussion thread. However, I am interested in knowing if crashing a server still does the roughly 3 second rollback. Did Kabam fix this or did they simply try and create a fix for the oryx castle crash?

Anyways, I have been making alt accounts and leveling up to huntress in order to eventually multibox and attempt to crash servers with the huntress trap method. I know this is possible but I was wondering if anyone else has any methods tips or ideas about crashing servers.

I don't know who told you the huntress dupe was possible, but if you must do it, Don't name them unless they're trading themselfs as someone can record and report you leading to perma ban/warning ban. I'd try getting the exact realm IP and using a potent DDoSing service. Don't know how to get exact realm IP though.

Ye lol. I'm sure it is possible if you can get Cain and Able to properly get the IP's.

Spells are clientsided. As are all non buffers, if i'm not correct.

Regardless of whether or not 50k spellbombs or a bunch of huntress traps would crash a server, did Kabam remove the ~3 second rollback that allowed duping to occur?

Right, not to brag, but I was one of the big BIG abusers of the dupe that used server crashes and rollback, and I can tell you that in all my time of doing the dupe from the start of 2015 till like august, I have not seen Huntress traps affect it ONCE. Not ONCE. People spammed them all the time, but like if I took a sample of 100 realms with huntress traps and then 100 realms without there would be no definitive difference in the crashes. And since my sample pool is in the thousands I can tell you that it does not matter jack. Now as for rollback still occuring? I have no idea, but I used to ask around on forums for the game if people still got crashed in their realms so you might want to do that, just dont be too suspect about it.

A month and a bit ago I was playing Realm and this guy was spamming in the chat: "TP THEY'RE DUPING AND CRASHING THE REALM!" I'm like k... I TP and theres a shit ton of wizards with skins,ubhps, etc... And what do you know it crashes.

The oryx crash duping method will get your duping mules banned + your other mules which you logged on the same IP. Don't do this. There's a shitton of envious fuckers out there who'll cry justice while they themselves use hacked clients. smh
