Itellyou offers $25-$30 for a shaver handle but I'll do it for $15 and I'll throw in a $2 discount right there since you talked to me in the past

So it'll be a total of $13 and I'll throw in a charger (not guranteed though) for free after delivery

And I take PP with a 10% discount if you pay in BTC

I'd recommend you use Itellyou service though if you want fast and quality service - since I have alot of work this week so might take 3+ days for SE to be done

Never heard of anyone getting billed from Philips before and I have done tons of orders from some different countries, times may have changed though and the last time I really did services for anyone was last December...

So I haven't really caught up on if they started billing or not and I'm not really updated with the time... so I'd recommend you use Itellyou's service if you really want guarantees and stuff since he's done a philips service later than me - after all:
