[Release - First] M14 to M4A1 SOPMOD

Hi everyone i am Helicopter12 and YES IM A CHOOB!!!!!

Well this is my first release, but my second model swap that actually worked. I am still learning and improving but i thought i would share this mod

This will change the M14 to the M4A1 SOPMOD. Since this uses the M14 it has semi and auto modes.

Changes:

Look is the M4A1 SOPMOD
Reload Speed is faster i believe
Firing Rate is also faster i think
Default Dot Scope (The one that displays the range) to SOPMOD camo
Default Silencer to SOPMOD camo
Weapon Sounds to the M4A1 SOPMOD
Weapon Name and Images to the SOPMOD
Model that you see when you are in the shop

***NOTE: Some may be a little messed up because im a little unorganized xD

BUGS:
Only one i know of so far is the scope is way off the gun... I am trying to fix this but im not sure how yet :P
