    CrashRpt 1403 error

    i searched google for CrashRPT1403.dll and i placed it in system32 and sysWOW64
    when i login to blackshot , i get an error that says " Login Server Connection is failed,please try again"
    when i press ok and press Start Blackshot , BlackShot loads but there is another error that says " Cannot find 'CrashRpt1403.dll' , please , reinstall this application"
    how do i fix this?
