Status on GTA V hacks?

Hey guys, sorry for the lq topic, but i cant seem to get a clear answer. What is the status on hacking in GTA V? Like can you still spawn in millions of dollars or is there a different method? What about settings like god mode and infinite ammo and troll options? Can you get automatically detected for using them, or is the 4 player report system still active?
