Its a linux server server (heh... server server, lol) but you can install VNC and a desktop environment if you need it.
I only ask that you don't share the information to others, it will have to be shared over Skype or similar because i'm still 5.... 4 now, posts away from being able to send PMs here.

I found one called accuwebhosting they give you a free 3 month windows vps

but one requirement you have to have is a business email.
