I need help with game modding

Hi im new to hacking and modding. I am trying to write a hook so I can make mod menus work online for GTA 5 on the PC.
Could anyone please help me out?

If you want to do a internal cheat for GTA V or what ever it you want to hook I suggest you go with C / C++, do C# if you want to be external.

You can go internal even with C#, but its not so easy as with c++. Anyway, if you have any reason why you don't go with C++, take a look at EasyHook, it might get you started with hooking in C#.
