So I bought this ebook yesterday:
It´s good explained and I could do refunds for game keys with that. But than I tried an steam gift card, and it did not work out with his method. I messaged him about that and he tried it with his method and failed too. After that he I opened a resolution center case and at this point I am waiting for a positive response/refund!
All in all I am not really sure if his method for steam gift cards will work because the first try in livechat failed 3 times.
Buy this if you are looking to refund game keys. The other stuff I am not really sure about.
