You set the accounts primary PS4 to your own meaning you can use any game downloaded off that account. Even if the password is changed you can still use the games already downloaded as the primary PS4 is still set to your own. You can only change the primary PS4 once every six months I believe and to do so you need to go onto the Playstation website, meaning most people are unaware of the feature.

I'm not too sure to be honest, if you log onto the account and download the games you should be fine. If you keep logging on to the account it may raise suspicion. In any case you could argue the fact that you thought you was being sold the account by the owner who knew he was sharing it.

At most people only change their passwords because PSN forces them to just in case for security, this happens when it is logged in from different locations many times or something I believe. You will be fine as long as you don't use the accounts to buy things and only log on quickly to download games.
