I bump when im available to bump, i dont think 2-3 hours from 24 hours is anything to get worked up about, sometimes 2-3 hours before is the only time i might have, until maybe 5-6 hours after, it's not like im bumping it every 20 minutes man, sometimes slack is needed as long as you can see someone isn't abusing.
