How can i add cars on Offline mode

i want to know how can i add cars, helicopters on offline more

1) I have steam version and cant find the gta5.exe file on my PC...

2) do i need SCRIPT HOOK V or i can use another mod?

Adding vehicles requires you to make "another" dlc pack for the game.

There are few methods showing how to but tbh i tried them myself and i am not going to start with it. basically taking example from an existing DLC pack and filling it with yours. unfortunaly i won't link you here to outside mpgh but you can add me on skype if you need help... (It's under my logo...)

ok thx, i found something, i hope i do not get banned if i try to go online. i do not want money or hack online. i just want to mess with offline.

Do Not DARE going with it online. It's not gonna work if you are not teleporting them and 75% of getting banned because an unauthorized files are in your game.
