I see that people use mod menus on their 360s and ps3's and mod a persons account and then you can transfer to ps4. Is it possible to transfer from PC to ps4? Like i mod a social club account using a PC mod menu then transfer to ps4? Idk im new to this and havent boughten gta for PC yet cause im not sure if this works.

no you can not transfer accounts from PC to console you can only transfer accounts from console to p.c or accounts from old gen to new gen
