its a visual mod that YOU put in your combat arms folder.. maybe one you didnt expect to have, a modder could've accidently had it in with like the M9 - Minigun mod or one of the many other mods for that specific melee weapon

they can shoot short distance like only the range the knife is
so theres no advantage to having it

No, it is a Halloween sickle glitched. My friends have it but they don't see it on their computer. I saw it and they think I am crazy. It is like one hand holding an ak 47. So cool! I think they should make a mod about it.
