I changed "ScripthookV.dll" to "MyHook.dll" using a Hex Editor and did not work

I have a hook, I'm using Jordan's 1.7 for 1 week and was not banned. I wanted to use the Spectre, but I can not

Couldn't figure out how to get it to work.. Even with instructions provided..

For those guys who can't use this menu, please check your requirements. If you don't have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, you can't open this menu
