I do. Kali Linux is just the new Backtrack, for a while now.
Nothing will change since you only use Aircrack-ng to crack wifi networks (or maybe other programs), so whatever the distro you use.
Btw, Kali Linux is very well optimized and can be used by ARM architectures (phones and nano computers).
You should learn to use Kali, but not much will change for Wifi cracking in comparison to Backtrack
