Like Arun said it's very cool but we have self driving cars being developed already with the same capabilities that this video just showed us. If that was our BMW flagship car in 100 years then BMW must have fallen behind.

They do have another video on it. Apparently the car can also change it's shape. The car has already been manufacturered.

Already saw this a while back, I like the design but I can barely see this actually becoming a thing with how long it takes roads to be paved and to not have this thing go over a hole in the road and shatter like a 4th of the car.
