Account was verified in 2013. You will not receive activation codes for an account that is already verified. You might have been trying to view a thread/post that had been moved/deleted. What exactly where you doing when that message showed up?

If you're trying to set your profile picture with an image URL, that was disabled by the site owner, and will not work. You can only save it to your PC, then upload to change it.
