i deleted the text in C:\Program\Steam\userdata\11971891\10190\remote

just open both up with the notepad and delete everything thats in them,it works atm.

Yeah delete User data and Players files then go to the game , you are now level 1 0 prestige, everthing reset so now you can pick the goods values for the hack

i used it and now i am getting kicked out because of security problem on host disconecting for safety. one way to solve it is to change xp but when you quit nd play again it still goes to prestige 10 lvl 70.

It has to do with the xp you put in.
If your lvl 70, go look at your required xp. If it says something like -82677 and not "0" then you will have to prestige or derank.
Look around for the proper xp numbers.
