Tiz bad quality, start with a better render and work from there.

Also, look up some tuts on youtube and google

alright to both of ya thx for suggestions the render is fine it was me tht screwed it up it was the filter thet did it i meant to do it to background only but without relizing i merged the 2 layers and was too far bacck i thought so 2 about the stars and tiz?????? text is bad yes i know but i hate simople text -(

Kinda noisy.. The size is kinda awkward and there is no lighting whatsoever.
Its alright for a beginner.. Try using simple fonts and not warping them, don't rely on filters because they usually suck, download some brushes and read some tutorials on blending, rendering and overall composition.

Nice work for how new you are.

Ah, well heres the basics

-Get Brushes/text from resources thread and deviantar*****m
-Look up some tutorials, there is a ton so find the type of style you want.
-Rendering is easy, but it may take some time.
-Post sigs that you think look good only, if you made it and it looks awful just keep it to yourself. This may seem harsh but it will help you with your gfx learning.

Render is LQ, use HQ renders.
USe normal sizes, like 450x150, 400x150
always blend the render
U r a beginner, dont use text in your sigs, only when u get better..
Work on lighting.
