infinite ammo never works for me

For some reason i can never get infinite to actually work doesn't matter whose mods i use i enable it works but then no damage at all what am i doing wrong its very frustrating my buddy can do it fine he turns it on and it works iv even taken mag size off the gun still nothing ?

If you read CAREFULLY.... the one key that is needed was the talent "One is none".
Try that and reply result.
