AVA won't update, please help!

I opened AVA today to find that there was an update. So, i downloaded it and it keeps freezing around 80%. It has been doing this for ~8 hours now and I do not know what to do. I re-installed the game, verified integrity twice to no avail.

If it stops at 80% every time it shouldn't be a connection problem, however you should still consider it. Check you firewall and your anti-virus(if you have one), maybe they block what is being downloaded at 80%. Also, use CCleaner to delete any unneeded files. Try these options and post back results! I hope i helped!!

Hmm.. you said you verified integrity so you are using Steam. If you do, try launching A.V.A from the Steam folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AVA

I had the same problem but I solved the problem.
try to follow my steps.
Step 1- restarts your computer
step 2- turns off your antivirus
step 3- opens the NWZLauncher.exe and starts donload
Step 4- wait for the long update, finish
