once it is detected (suppose no one has seen you use the application) do they ban you without warning or does the hack just gets patched and stop working?

Hmm, that I don't know for sure I have been banned multiple times on Insurgency sharing it via main account and it hasn't once banned my main

what's using a different name going to do? it's connected to my main steam account. They can "see" that btw.
