We don't know for sure yet. Dave still has to enlighten us further about has changed.

At this current state yes, it is still suspended. The OMM system is planned to come back soon though. We have new OMMs so we have to train them and be sure everyone is ready to start middlemanning again.

Well, there is a reason as of why it was suspended in the first place, the reason is that too much retirement was going on regarding to a OMM because it was hard or something, don't remember properly and trying to find a new OMM was getting time consuming so Dave thought it would be a great idea to suspend it for awhile till they're able to get people for it again, I may or not be wrong, but if I remember then that is how it was, also there was a thread regarding to this, however I do not know what might have happened to it, it might been removed.
@High can probably find a thread of it again, or something.
