nexon wont let me make a new acc.?

everytime i try to make an acc. i fill everything out and stuff correctly it says system error when i hit finish and ive only been banned once so im not ip banned ive tried ip changers and acc. generators nothing works help PLZ!~

(PS, copy down the info in the settings part of the account generator if you want the new account to be your "legit player" account, so your able to use the "forgot password" page,on Nexon's site, and other things requiring your account info)
