It was my problem, and i fixed it, heres how: download winrar, open it in winrar and there u go, original files xD pretty easy, i just didnt have it downloaded heh

I ran it and it didn't work, i allowed windows smart screen to run it aswell, also im not sure this is supposed to happen, but my cmd pops up really fast then closes. Help?
