If you rage in casual, then go play a matchmaking, is it possible that if you get 9 reports in that casual, that your matchmaking game will automatically get overwatched?

There is no way to be sure as valve isn't very open about things like this. However I assume it has some effect, probably very little tho. As long as you don't over-do it, it's probably nothing you need to worry about.
Obviously if you rage in casual and go in MM your 1st match gets OWed.
Tips: play full legit for your 1st match then cooldown 24 hours.
Your Matchmaking game would be overwatched if you got 2 or more reports in MM, I'd wait 24 hours before playing comp.
