Report against @DarkLordXYZ and @Hero

Hello there, this report is against @DarkLordXYZ for failing to follow procedure when it comes to scam reports, and @Hero for having me blacklisted.

To start off with, @DarkLordXYZ attempted to force me to give a refund because of the past experience I have had with him. I made a report on the fact that he tried forcing a refund at this thread with more information: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1107349
After MrRootHD provided proof @DarkLordXYZ should of followed procedure and given me 24 hours due to the fact that that was the only real proof provided but he instead got me banned within an hour of MrRootHD's first post of evidence.

The report against @Hero is for getting me blacklisted for 3 months. MrRootHD's report is the one and only successful scam report against me which was handled improperly by @DarkLordXYZ and I have no bad history when it comes to the marketplace, over 150 vouches, and had to deal with all of this because of the lack of staffing education @DarkLordXYZ has.

I have no idea why I was blacklisted because of my very well history with the marketplace and when I see people that are a lot newer than me and refund after scamming not get blacklisted, it gets on my nerves. I request an immediate removal of the blacklist because of the mistake of @DarkLordXYZ and because of my good past history in the marketplace.

Whenever someone gets banned for a scam, they get blacklisted. Doesn't really get much more simpler than that.

Let me enlighten you a little bit. I did give you 24 hours to refund as shown in the thread and your VM, however, since you did reply, it means that you've seen the mention and haven't refunded so most likely you weren't going to give a refund or were to try to spew some bullshit that you might think would somehow get you out of it (Sample: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread...1#post11566123). Then you made a thread in staff disputes which shows that you were online again and available to provide MrRootHD his refund yet you didn't.
The blacklist is worthy, so was your ban.

That's cool, let us see, so you try and force me to give a refund with no proof available and then when there is actual proof presented you ban me within an hour. By the way, I was online writing a report against you for the 24 hours thing and if you cared to read skype logs I was trying to resolve w/ MrRootHD. You know you did wrong by banning me within an hour.

That guy didn't get blacklisted? I wasn't supposed to be banned but @DarkLordXYZ hasn't learned how to staff yet so I was banned and had to deal with all this shit. So you're saying just because I pissed off @DarkLordXYZ and made him block me on skype because of my report against him that gives you the right to blacklist me?
