Steam account trading

I know this seems like a long post but just read down some to see what you need. I have a lot of games on the account. I really just wanna get away from the old "life" I had online and start a new one. It is the one thing I like about being online is that you can change who you are and be anyone. But yea.

I have a steam account that I am willing to trade as long as you have ALL of the following games:
Garry's Mod
Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO)
Arma 3

Those are the only games I want but it is OK if you have more.

More requirements that must be followed by both of us:
We have to change the account email to the other persons email of their choice
NO MOBILE STEAM GAURD! YOU MAY NOT HAVE STEAM LINKED TO YOUR PHONE WITH THE ACCOUNT IN QUESTION!
Passwords MUST be changed

Now some optional stuff:
Cleared friends list
Family share
Account name change before the process is completely finished
