About shop loading and AC items.

Will getting AC items from a rare merge shop I loaded will get me banned? I mean, AQW has that system where they see the AC items you got, atleast so I heard, can anyone confirm this and tell me if I am fucked or not?

I've posted it before but I will post it again:

• It is not 100% safe
• AC purchases are logged
• You will not be banned immediately
• Although unlikely, it is possible that you will be banned in the future
• Selling them or deleting them makes no difference on the chances of being banned
• If you are not banned one time, it doesn't mean you won't be banned in the future so don't tell people that it is safe
