FAMAS Major Error

The FAMAS have a dial in the back to change the firing mode, I never fired it so the numbers would be: Single, Burst, Automatic. Or something in that area, yet in Combat Arms, it is use a plain ol'Fully automatic weapon. :P

Just wanted to share this to you all and what you guys think of it.

Anyways Famas sucks in this game, no wonder they gift it away for 7 days to begginers.

That's just for your open sight adjustment. Even open sights allow for windage and elevation. It's the M16A2 with the selector lever and semi(1), burst(2), and safe(3). (3 "firing" options though only 2 fire)

Rough, I think you're right, but I never fired a Famas before, just Israeli and some American weapons.

The Famas is a great weapon system. It's only drawback in my eyes is its loud, distinguishing "pop" which gives away a squads position very easily.

I think its the F key in CA that changes the fire mode from Auto to Burst

In MW2, all the guns are balanced so you cannot change the fire mode of the FAMAS out of burst.

The FAMAS isn't the only one with that issue, if I recall, the MP7 also has the features for multiple fire mode. However, it is only given a full auto fire mode.
Another failure is the M4A1 CQBR, put an ACOG scope and you'll realize you can't really look through the scope, but it still lets you.
