I need a gaming computer on Amazon (So I can SE).
Budget : $450

Please give me some good recommendation, at least able to run GTA 5 on Medium graphic with 60 FPS. It can be part of a computer (GPU,CPU and etc) or a whole build which I don't think it's possible with my current budget. Please also tell me how good the GPU, CPU and etc, is. Give me an example of how good it is as I'm not too good with computers.
