I am almost 99.99% sure that there is no way to get your items back from that account, unless you can find a way to unVAC your account.

It's impossible to get your items transferred on a VAC'ed account for CS:GO.

You can't get your account unVAC'ed since the VAC system is never wrong with bans so RIP your skins.

Just sell that account and see if you can make some money out of it

There are times where Valve Customer Support will look into a problem if you write a ticket about you being VAC-Banned unfairly like using Cheat-Engine in the background for farming a game like AdVenture Capitalist. If you can make a PrtScn, tell them how, why and what you were doing they'll probably unban you and give you a warning. The VAC System looks only what .exe/service is running, capable of creating false accusations because of that..

If you've been unfairly banned, you should write a Ticket. If you've been banned for hacking on CS:GO.... RIP Skins.

Yeah in this case RIP Skins, no chance of getting them back. May as well stop CS:GO because of the loss of glorious skins~

The lesson learnt here is don't hack on your main if it has expensive skins.
